When will my subscription begin?

Your order will be processed by Our State immediately. We ship via the USPS using their periodicals mail service. Your first issue should arrive within 6-8 weeks of your order.

If you have not received your first issue within eight weeks, please email our circulation department at circulation@ourstate.com. You may also call (800) 948-1409, Monday through Thursday between 9am and 5pm and Friday between 9am and 1pm.

When does my subscription expire?

Please refer to the address label on your latest magazine. On the line above your name you will find the expiration date (the last issue date) of your current subscription. The sample label below shows an end date of December 2026.

I will be moving soon. How do I change my address?

Whether your move is permanent or seasonal, please let us know if your address changes so that your magazine can follow you. Please click here to change your address.

How can I get individual copies of current or past issues?

We have a limited number of current and previously published issues available for sale through our circulation department. The cost, including postage, is $9.99 per copy. Please contact us to check availability.

How can I stop getting duplicate copies of Our State?

Please notify us if you are getting two copies of the same issue. We will need the account numbers from both magazine labels, as well as your name and address as they appear on the labels. Please contact us to resolve this matter.

What should I do if my issue arrives late, damaged, or not at all?

Please contact us if your magazine arrives in poor condition. Let us know which issue is affected and where to send a replacement. We'll send a replacement if supplies permit, or extend your subscription an additional issue.

I've paid for my subscription, but bills keep coming. What should I do?

If you receive one bill after you have paid, please disregard it. An invoice may mail just before a payment is received by our office. If you receive a second bill, contact us.

Why do I see the current issue on newsstands before my own copy arrives in my mailbox?

You should receive your personal copy before the issue is available on newsstands, however delivery times for magazines via the USPS may vary. If you are experiencing chronic slow delivery, please contact us.

Does Our State have a digital edition?

Our State has a free digital edition that is included with print. Simply provide your email address, and we'll ensure you receive a monthly digital edition as long as your print subscription is active. Prefer digital only? A digital subscription can be purchased here.
